Recruiter (hiring office staff) in BaDM, TOV

The "BaDM" company, a national leader among distributors on the market of medicines and medical devices, invites a recruitment specialist.

Responsibilities:

• full cycle of recruiting (drafting the text of vacancies, working with employment sites, organizing and conducting interviews, active search);
• searching for new channels to attract employees;
• working with resumes and by candidates (administrating the resume database, conducting telephone interviews, providing candidates with information on vacancies, etc.);
• conducting telephone interviews for the purpose of initial selection and organizing subsequent stages of interviews;
• keeping a database of potential candidates;
• compiling reports related to personnel selection;
• participating in other projects of the HR department.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 2 years of experience in personnel selection;
• knowledge of personnel search and selection methods, experience in mass hiring of production personnel will be a plus;
• ability to quickly and qualitatively perform a large scope of work;
• result orientation;
• punctuality and responsibility.
