The main task is to find and hire nurses throughout the territory of Poland.

Terms:< /p>

• rate 4,000 zlotys + bonuses for hired workers.
• schedule from 09 :00 to 18:00 Warsaw time (1 hour for lunch).
• full training and adaptation for starting work.
• partial payment of external training for professional development.

?Responsibilities:< /p>

• Search for candidates for nursing vacancies.
• Conducting interviews.
• Concluding agreements with nurses and organizing their work schedule in accordance with customer requests.
• Working with the candidate database.
• Communication and cooperation with other company departments.

Our ideal candidate:

• Experience in the field of recruiting from 2 years, (experience in the field of medicine will be an advantage).
• The level of Polish is not lower than B2 (C1 and above will be an advantage).
• Negotiating and negotiating skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
