KMDSH invites an HR specialist to its team, whose main duties will be head hunting and onboarding of candidates. We are looking for a dedicated person with a deep understanding of the importance of education development and social responsibility, with a desire to develop in the recruiting and HR field. Responsibilities and opportunities: Search and attraction of candidates using classic (direct search and head hunting) and state-of-the-art tools (bots, channels, mailings), means and resources. Active communication with all participants of the adaptation program for new employees. Participation in the creation and implementation of conditions for easy natural adaptation of employees. Organization of the process of integration of new employees into the work environment both offline and using automated systems. Participation in HR department projects (social , educational, internal, etc.) Requirements: Skills and real experience of achieving results in the implementation of ideas or projects. Perseverance approach to tasks. High level of communication skills and analytical thinking. Passionate desire to realize oneself in the HR field.
