We are looking for a person who will:

• conduct a full cycle of personnel selection;

• cooperate effectively with internal customers (head of departments);

• develop job descriptions for placement on various online platforms;

• monitor and analyze the labor market;

• work with an automated candidate database;

• prepare on-demand reporting on the hiring funnel.

You are suitable if you have:< /span>

• Expertise in direct candidate search (Executive, Headhunting, social/professional networks, direct search phone, recommendations, personal networking, other channels);

• complete higher education (master's degree, specialist);

• professional experience - at least 2 years.
