Ensure the adaptation of new employees and stable work of the team. Supporting the company's HR brand in the market.ResponsibilitiesRecruitment for open vacancies (3-5 vacancies at a time);Organization of all stages of preparing and conducting interviews, candidate profiling;Creating, updating, and following up a hiring plan;Continuous monitoring of engaging specialists in the gamedev market;Candidates support during onboarding process;Contracts / documentation creation and full processing during the onboarding and trial period;Close cooperation with hiring managers on vacancies;Automation and optimization of recruitment processes based on analytics;Sourcing and applying relevant sourcing techniques to find hidden candidate contacts;Implementation of process automation (ATS implementation and setting up metrics and analytics dashboards);Developing search strategies and evaluating their effectiveness;What kind of professional are we looking for?Recruiting experience in gamedev at least 3 years, recruiting experience in IT 5+;Able to work with C-level positions and the ability to recruit top professionals;Clear understanding of the recruiting process and proficiency in sourcing tools;Able to build effective recruiting processes;Knows and is able to use various interviewing techniques. Capable of assessing candidates based on competencies, identifying risks, and determining team compatibility;Able to formulate sourcing strategies, independently source, and stay updated on emerging trends;Having a solid network in game dev/IT. Personal and online acquaintance with top industry specialists, building long-term working contacts with them;Focused on analytics data in decision-making;Knows the search channels in different directions and professional platforms for communication of specialists (social networks,  communities ect.);Knows how to get a candidate interested from the first proposal and not give a chance for a letter to go unanswered;Able to effectively cooperate with hiring managers, provide complete information efficiently and accurately, and organize meetings;Ready to take commitments and meet deadlines;Exceptional negotiation skills, able to effectively represent both the product and the team;High level of flexibility and ability to easily adjust to change; Able to work in fast-paced environment; English at least at upper intermediate level; Loves games, understands in general terms how they are created and by what specialists; For more information, please contact me in personal messages!
