Our expectations: You have experience working in closed affiliate positions from the 1st year (Media Buyer, PPC-specialist, Farmer); General experience of recruiting from 3 years; You have non-trivial approaches to searching for candidates using various tools; You have experience in validating the main competencies of candidates; Experience in automating recruiting processes will be great. Main tasks: Full-cycle recruitment of performance marketing specialists. Development of long-term relationships with potential candidates through networking; Conducting interviews and formulating a report on competencies.
