Our expectations: - You have experience working in closed affiliate positions from the 1st year (Media Buyer, PPC- specialist, Farmer);- General experience in recruiting from 3 years;- You have non-trivial approaches to finding candidates and various tools;- You have experience in validating the main competencies of candidates;- Experience in automating recruiting processes will be great. Main tasks:- Full-cycle recruitment of performance marketing specialists. - Development of long-term relationships with potential candidates through networking; - Conducting interviews and forming a report on competencies. - Analysis of demand and supply of the IT labor market.
