Recruiter (full cycle) in CIGen

We are looking for a Recruiter who is passionate about finding and attracting the best talent! If you enjoy solving challenging vacancy requests, handling multiple inquiries at once, and keeping in touch with candidates throughout the hiring process, this role is a perfect fit for you!

As a CIGen Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will also be building relationships with candidates and helping them navigate the hiring process.

🔹 Your primary tasks and responsibilities:

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions
• Developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates
• Building a strong talent pipeline
• Effectively using a variety of sourcing and screening tools
• Building rapport with candidates and effectively communicating the company’s value proposition

• Have 2+ years of experience in IT Sourcing&Recruiting
• Have a proven ability to find and attract top talent
• Have an extensive network and are a member of professional communities
• Are an excellent communicator and have outstanding interpersonal skills
• Are proactive and adaptable
• Have a passion for technology and automation
• Have Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
