Freelance recruiter (remote)

We are the Ukrainian chain of grocery stores "THRASH! TRASH!", which is part of the group of companies "Fozzy Group".

We are actively growing and expanding the network, therefore we invite the cooperation of a recruiter for project work.

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of line personnel in Kyiv markets (sales hall manager, cashier salesperson, baker)
• Conducting the initial selection of candidates
• Sending relevant candidates to our team (we will take care of the further stages)

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting (preferably mass selection)
• Ability to organize your own work process
• Skills in using non-standard engagement channels
• Result orientation, proactivity
