Boulder is in an exciting stage of rapid growth.About This RoleBoulder Care is seeking a Recruiter who will add mission-driven candidates to our team by guiding candidates through a seamless hiring process and creating a positive experience for internal teams and candidates alike. This position is central to building a culture we are proud of and helping us serve patients nationwide.Hiring Essential Functions - 70% Own the full recruitment life cycle (preparing, sourcing, screening [resumes and interviewing], selecting, hiring and onboarding)Support hiring team with generating position content driven by core competencies; developing or drafting application questions, job descriptions, job postings and interview questionsConduct retrospective analysis of hiring sprints and modify processes as neededContinuously improve and standardize recruiting, interviewing and hiring processesProvide comprehensive training to hiring teams across the businessEstablish scalable systems to support larger scale recruiting efforts over time Planning and Sourcing Essential Functions - 20% Build relationships and collaborate with senior management, hiring managers, and hiring teams to understand hiring needs and team goalsMaintain a comprehensive forecast of hiring needs across Boulder Care Provider Group and Boulder Care Inc.Example roles may include: Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Peers, Case Managers, Enrollment Specialists, Partner Success Managers, Community Liaisons, and Credentialing and Licensing SpecialistsIdentify innovative methods to target candidates we’re looking for with a focus on using inclusive hiring practices and attracting diverse talent Build relationships with various professional associations and other professional sources to develop effective, reliable talent pipelinesParticipate in local and digital events to continually foster relationships within the substance use disorder communityCulture Building Essential Functions - 10% Continue education surrounding DEIB+A and help elevate opportunities to relevant stakeholders so we can continually strive to be a welcoming and accessible workplaceManage the candidate experience, ensuring each is left with a positive impression and would recommend Boulder Care, whether or not they are hiredRequirements for the role:2+ years of experience in recruiting (with at least 1+ in full cycle)Experience sourcing talent remotely is strongly preferredExperience making offers and developing employment agreements to close deals is strongly preferred1+ years of experience with project coordination or project management experience Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, environmentNatural inclination to find process improvements and standardization opportunitiesExperience utilizing ATS system for effective data collection and interview coordinationBackground in customer service, creating positive experiences for candidates and hiring teams alikeCollaborates effectively cross-functionally and at all levels; builds high trust with leadership across the organizationExceptional written and verbal communicationDemonstrates problem-solving and analytical skills appropriate for the positionMaintains composure under pressure Regularly demonstrates Boulder’s core valuesNice to have but not required:Experience in a healthcare startup environmentExperience working in a remote environmentExperience hiring for a broad spectrum of types of rolesExperience with evaluation of sourcing techniques and methods Work environmentThis is a fully remote role but we are currently only hiring candidates located in the following states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, MA, NC, NJ, OH, OR, PA, TX, UT, and WA. Applicants must reside and work in one of those states to be considered. Changes to working location require pre-approval from People Operations and are not guaranteed.
