What you need to do: search and recruit personnel; post vacancies on social networks and job sites; conduct initial phone interviews and interviews; organize interviews with candidates and managers; accompany candidates until they start work; prepare reports. Our expectations: availability of higher education; availability of work experience in recruiting, knowledge of methods of search and selection of personnel, experience in transport -expediting field will be an advantage; language skills: Ukrainian - fluent (literate written and spoken); presence of personal qualities: stress resistance, sociability, analytical mindset, ability to work in a team, responsible attitude to work; loyalty to irregular working hours; experienced PC user , skills in working with the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
