We need a recruiter with experience in finding production personnel.

Main duties:

• Search for personnel based on candidate databases;
• Search for candidates in the archives; 
• Search for candidates on internal databases;
• Search for candidates on job sites;
• Search for candidates among previously called; 
• Working with Excel tables;
• Labor market analytics;
• Monitoring the wages of competitors; 
• Interaction with the HR department of the management company
• Formation of the internal description of the candidate; 
• Formation of job descriptions; 
• Conducting all stages of interviews; Formation of the pool of candidates for the final; >Control of employee motivation during the trial period; 
• Control of passing the trial period; 
• Measuring the effectiveness of all search sources; 
• Control of budgets for personnel search; 
• Formation of experience regarding the possibilities of attracting personnel in the following periods; 
• Development of recruitment plans (annual, quarterly recruitment plan).

Requirements for candidates: /strong> 

• Education: higher;
• Work experience: from 2 years in the position of Recruiter with clear < strong>metrics, KPI, work tasks;
• Ability to effectively find candidates;
• Ability to form a candidate profile;
• Knowledge of personnel evaluation methods; 
• Ability to effectively reallocate budgets for personnel selection; 
• Knowledge of effective recruitment sources;
• Ability to interview candidates at all stages (Security Service, Personnel, Questionnaires, Photos, Documents);
• Knowledge of current laws of Ukraine regarding the hiring of personnel; 
• Skills to use ERP, fill in Excel, tables and forms; 
• Experience of working with JOB sites;
• Experience of analyzing search sources and interacting with management, regarding consulting on further actions regarding the search for personnel;
• Desirable: Experience in mass recruitment.
