Our candidate has:

• work experience in mass recruitment of personnel from 6 months;
• knowledge of basic search and recruitment tools;
• knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine;
• knowledge of 1C, MS Office, Exel;
• ability to work in multitasking mode.

Your duties will include:

• search and selection of personnel for production vacancies (work with job sites, social networks, telephone and personal interviews, communication with potential candidates until the moment of employment);
• support and adaptation of employees during the internship and trial period;
• monitoring of the labor market;
• preparation of internal reports.
