Main responsibilities:

• Search for new jobs for employees on various job sites and platforms in Germany.
• Analysis and identification of relevant vacancies.
• Proposal of our candidates for open positions.
• Negotiations with employers regarding employment conditions.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of recruiting or HR will be an advantage. (but not mandatory)
• Knowledge of the German language at the level not below average.
• High level of communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and desire to develop.
