Experience of working by referral for at least 2 years. Experience in successfully closing vacancies of various levels (including mass recruitment). Possession of modern personnel search methods. Excellent communication skills skills, a proactive approach and focus on results. Key responsibilities: Carrying out a full cycle of personnel selection for the structural units of the Bank. Conducting online interviews with candidates and assessing their qualification level. Providing timely feedback to candidates and internal customers. Conducting the process of adaptation of new employees. Management of the personnel reserve of candidates. Cooperation with educational institutions, participation in job fairs.
