Recruiter for drivers (US market) in UGN Logistics

We are looking for a recruiter to fill truck driver / owner operator positions.  

 Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, source and recruit qualified truck drivers through various advertising platforms and various resources;
• Executing interviewing and creating a positive business environment for long-term cooperation with the company;
• Develop and maintain a full understanding of the local driver labor market;
• Complete candidate files for review by the Safety Department for approval;
• Capacity to multitask and handle high levels of stress.

Qualifications:

• Level of English — Upper-Intermediate is obligatory;
• Experience with recruiting in USA market at least 1 year;
• Filling transportation and logistics positions are considered as an advantage;
• Experience with truck driver recruiting is a must;
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast pace;
• Problem-solving skills.
