Unlike the traditional recruiting approach, skillreveal relies on in-depth evaluation to get a professional and cultural fit so that talent stays in the team longer.Key Responsibilities:Identify and attract German-speaking candidates using various sourcing methods, including job boards, and social media.Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews with German-speaking candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for open positions.Contact candidates via phone to discuss job opportunities, clarify details, and gauge their interest in roles within the company.Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and update the recruitment database regularly.Qualifications:Must be fluent in both written and spoken German.Previous experience in recruiting or a similar role is preferred.Excellent communication skills in both German (preferably) and English.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.What do we offer:Flexible work schedule;Hybrid (Office and/or Remote) work: work at home in your favorite slippers, or come to our officeThe coolest Team (yes, check out our family pictures :)To grow and change with us;Movie/board game nights;Team-buildings - we take it seriously, indeed;Annual paid vacation, sicknesses, and state holidays celebration.
