We are an iGaming company that was founded over 3 years ago by a group of passionate professionals and today we are 900+ people strong!We have 10+ own brands that are extremely popular among customers and are targeted at Tier 1-3 countries.Responsibilities:Executes recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management;Develops creative sourcing strategies to build appropriate pipelines to meet hiring goals;Evaluates candidates’ resumes against job requirements and qualifies candidates through detailed interviews, assessing skills and technical abilities as required;Arranges interviews with hiring managers, coordinates schedules for all stages of the interview process, and maintains effective communication throughout;Collaborates with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly;Provides regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics to stakeholders;Stays updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.Required Skills:Relevant working experience in recruitment (2+ years);Strong knowledge of a variety of recruitment sourcing strategies, including job campaigns, applicant tracking systems, Internet job boards, social networking to build a qualified candidate pool for positions;Experience using sourcing tools to find active and passive candidates;Ability to target qualified candidates and screen resumes for potential matches;Superb communication skills, able to engage the attention of candidates for positions;Proven ability to work under pressure and accommodate changing demands.Intermediate English proficiency or higher.Please note, we will consider candidates only with experience in recruitment!We Offer:Flexible work schedule remotely;Paid sick leave and vacation days;Cool and creative gifts for holidays and important events of employees;Necessary equipment for work as needed;Opportunity to participate in company's internal events: open discussions;Product meetups and training sessions on soft skills development;Absence of micromanagement, hierarchy, quick decision-making;Attendance of top conferences worldwide.
