We work with positions such as IT roles, Administrative staff, Video Editing, Graphic & UX/UI Design, Sales and Customer Support, Marketing Specialists, Project or Product Management, etc. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and conducting interviews with candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and deliver the highest quality as well as speed during the working process.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Recruiting department, Ops and CSM managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.Source potential candidates through online platforms.Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, conduct initial screenings of candidates.Negotiate job offers as well as maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the CRM.Requirements:Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English levelUkrainian speakerProven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a successful track record of filling IT and Marketing positions.Knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and our team.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.Benefits:Base pay salary + bonus systemSupportive and collaborative work environmentFlexible working hoursOpportunities for career growthTeam Building meetings in EuropeApplication process:Interview with a RecruiterTest taskInterview with Ops ManagerInterview with Team
