We are actively expanding the Nova engineering team in Ukraine. Our specialists from Ukraine design complex objects together with leading American engineering and architectural companies. Today, Nova has a stable load of projects more than a year ahead, so we are scaling and planning to increase the team by more than 100 new engineers.
Our HR Team is waiting for a proactive and experienced Recruiter who will help us scale the team of high-class engineers, strengthen the company's HR brand and eventually lead the recruitment direction as a Lead.

Your main tasks:
- Conduct a full recruiting cycle.
- Search for candidates through various channels - LinkedIn, professional communities, job boards, recommendations and socialnetworks.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to create and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and quality management of the ATS system.
- Develop and publish content for the career page and other platforms related to the HR brand.
- Participate in the organization of HR events and internal company initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key recruiting metrics.
This role is for you if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter and a burning eye.
- Confident with tools and search techniques.
- You know the talent market, company structures, and candidate profiles well - and you always strive to find the "same" candidate.
- You know how to organize your time and priorities, even when there are several vacancies.
- Proactive (a) and flexible (a) - you are not afraid of new challenges, take the initiative and bring things to a result.
- Analytical approach is your style: you understand, how metrics help make decisions and improve recruiting.
