We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team at Traffic Market. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Cyprus!Requirements:• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (from sourcing to hiring).• Experience in the field of affiliate marketing.• Experience in full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers - for all levels of candidates.• Experience in communication with the hiring managers to define their needs, and improve the recruitment process.• Experience in sourcing candidates according to vacancies’ requirements using different channels: LinkedIn, job portals, social networks, Github, and other resources.• Upper-intermediate (speaking) or higher level of English.Will be a plus:• Knowledge of Cypriot law.Responsibilities:• Full-cycle recruitment.• Creating job profiles and writing vacancy descriptions.• Active search and selection of technical and non-technical personnel.• Conducting interviews with potential candidates, including telephone and online interviews.• Development of new approaches in attracting candidates and improving the selection process.• Developing long-term relationships with potential candidates through networking.• Monitoring and analyzing labor market.• Reporting.What we offer:— Compensated sports and foreign language classes— Opportunities for professional growth and development— Collaborative and innovative work environment
