Responsibilities:
- Active closing of vacancies and conducting interviews in the field of Customer support ;
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, maintain contact with potential candidates;
- Work with job sites, social. networks and specialized forums;
- Maintenance of the internal database of candidates;
- Initial evaluation of resumes, conducting telephone interviews, final interviews with candidates;
- Maintenance of reports regarding the personnel selection process.
