Main duties:

• post vacancies;
• search for candidates for open positions;
• conduct initial evaluation of resumes and telephone interviews with candidates;
• plan and schedule interviews;
• monitor the market;
• reporting on the recruitment process.

You are suitable if you have:

• higher education of a degree not lower than junior bachelor or bachelor;
• fluency in the state language;
• experience in the practical mastery of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Search, X-ray Search, Boolean Search);
• have knowledge of the structure of interviews;
• have knowledge of interview methods;
• have team building skills and experience ;
• orientation to work with people;
• good communication skills, goal-oriented, result-oriented.< /li>
