Recruiter (CDL-A drivers/US logistics) in CDL Network

CDL Network is a leading logistics company specializing in CDL-A drivers and US logistics. We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team in other countries.

Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and recruit CDL-A drivers for carriers in US
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications 
- Maintain good relationships with drivers, as if driver is not a match today, in couple of months he can qualify
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs 
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and preferences 
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent 
- Other various relevant tasks as assigned


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a recruiter. 
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 

(Optionally) Experience in the logistics industry, specifically with CDL-A drivers.
