Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience from search to hiring
• Good knowledge of the Ukrainian candidate market
• Excellent communication skills, strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in mass recruiting is a must

What you will do:

• Recruiting, search and headhunting of specialists in the direction of the call center
• Salary benchmarking, research and analysis of the candidate market
• Coordination of full-cycle hiring processes, ensuring an easy and positive experience for candidates
• Management of relations with specialized recruitment agencies
• Management of relations with employment centers across Ukraine
• Close cooperation with hiring managers, for a deeper understanding of the role, requirements and needs
• Calculation, planning and implementation of the search and construction of various talent acquisition channels
• Resolving various recruitment issues with clients and internal teams
