• experience as a recruiter from 1 year will be a plus;
• having a license and own car is a plus mandatory;
• understanding of modern recruitment methods;
• excellent communication skills and the ability to find an approach to people;
• ability to work with various sources of personnel search;
• responsibility, diligence and organization.
