Duties:

• Search for candidates according to the needs of the company;
• Publication of vacancies on job portals, social networks.
• Conducting the first stages of candidate selection (telephone interviews, resume screening);
• Managing the candidate database and generating performance reports search;
• Participation in HR projects of the Company.

Requirements:

• Willing to take no work experience;
• High level of productivity and autonomy;
• Creativity in completing tasks;
• Excellent communication skills.
