Recruiter in a construction company in Hortis

In connection with the increase in the number of construction projects, we invite you to work as a recruiter / sourcer / HR assistant

Main duties:

• Active search for builders of various specialties.
• Use of aggressive hunting strategy.
• Preparation of vacancy texts together with HR - clearly, clearly and in accordance with CA.
• Communication with candidates: sending messages, calls, answering requests, maintaining contact.
• Conducting initial interviews by phone or online.
• Keeping track of candidates in Google spreadsheets, updating statuses.
• Cooperation with HR and executives in the selection process.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in recruiting or sourcing.
• Ability to clearly and competently communicate with candidates.
• Initiative in finding new channels and tools.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
• Desirable: experience in aggressive hunting
