The ideal candidate:

• wishes to develop in the field of recruiting and HR functions (willing to consider a Junior specialist);
• possess a competent oral and written language;
• able to systematize information;
• ready to conduct mass recruitment (80%) and specialized (20%) vacancies;
• has communication skills;
• able to generate reports and use Microsoft Office / Google Sheets;
• able to work for results;
• able to work remotely and in the office.

  What we expect from you:

  • active search for candidates;
  • management of the full cycle recruiting, from creating vacancies to launching candidates for training;
  • subsequently – introduction of news telegram channels and holding events for employees;
  • implementation of set KPIs;
  • conducting phone screenings.
