Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various channels. Preliminary interviewing of candidates in Russian or Ukrainian to understand their skills, experience and aspirations. Support of candidates at all stages of the employment process for a harmonious transition to the workplace. Requirements: Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian with excellent communication skills. Experience in recruiting, staffing or a related field would be an advantage. Ability to work independently and remotely. Ability to establish and maintain business contacts sensitivity to the difficulties that people face when looking for work.
