Description:

We are looking for proactive and motivated people to work as recruiters.

This position is aimed at finding qualified employees for further employment in the companies of our clients in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various channels.
• Preliminary interviewing of candidates in Russian or Ukrainian to understand their skills, experience and aspirations.
• Support of candidates at all stages of the employment process for a harmonious transition to the workplace.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing or a related field will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Ability to establish and maintain business contacts
• sensitivity to the difficulties people face when looking for work.

Conditions:

• Work on a commission basis with the possibility of earning depending on the successful employment of the candidate.
