Responsibilities:< /strong>

• Phone interviews with candidates;
• Personal interviews with candidates; 
• Managing the employee base;
• Organizing the work of employees.

What we want to see in our candidate:

• competent Ukrainian language;
• willingness to work with personnel of working professions in large numbers; 
• the ability to find a common language with people,
• the ability to organize and support workers in the warehouse and production;< /li>

Experience in a call center or related professions will be an advantage.
