Duties: telephone interviews with candidates; Personal interviews with candidates; Managing the employee base; Helping staff in solving organizational and work issues. What we want to see in our candidate: competent Ukrainian language; desire to work with staff of working professions in large numbers; the ability to find a common language with people, the ability to organize and support workers in the warehouse and production; experience of working in a call center or related professions will be an advantage.
