- you are able and ready not only work with reviews, but also search for candidates independently on job resources
- you have confident communication skills: you freely, succinctly and clearly formulate your thoughts both in conversation and in messengers, and you also know how to win favor interlocutor
- it will also be a great advantage if you have experience in the field of media buying\affiliate marketing or you know well what kind of field it is.
If not you know - before sending your resume, be sure to google what media buying, gambling, and who media buyers are. So you can make sure that you are interested in this field, and even during the job interview you will understand what we will talk about.

- Work schedule - from Mon to Fri. Flexible start of the working day: you can start at 9, 10 or 11. Both full-time and part-time options are possible (but not less than 6 hours/day).

What tasksI trust you:
- process feedback from candidates (messengers and phone interviews)
- write and post vacancies on job resources ( sites and TG channels)
- search for candidates on job sites, on LinkedIn, in the media buying community in TG
- maintain a database of candidates in a Google spreadsheet
- if possible, find new targeted TG channels or sites where we can post vacancies
- sometimes help me with some HR processes (eg online events, surveys, finding gifts for employees, etc.)
