Responsibilities:
Search and selection of crews for ships.
Working with seamen's questionnaires and documents.
Communication with candidates, maintaining a database.
Using social networks (LinkedIn, Instagram) for recruiting and promoting vacancies.
Creating and editing content for social networks (photos, short videos, vacancy announcement).
Administrative support of the department head.
Requirements:
Knowledge of the English language (oral and written communication).
Proficiency in office programs (CRM, Outlook, Word, Excel).
Skills in working with graphic and video editors (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or similar).
Confident communication skills and good diction.
Discipline, responsibility, willingness to learn.
