Vacancy: Recruiter / Assistant Crew Manager

Location: Odesa (work only in the office)

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of crews for ships.

• Working with seamen's questionnaires and documents.

• Communication with candidates, maintaining a database.

• Using social networks (LinkedIn, Instagram) for recruiting and promoting vacancies.

• Creating and editing content for social networks (photos, short videos, vacancy announcement).

• Administrative support of the department head.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the English language (oral and written communication).

• Proficiency in office programs (CRM, Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Skills in working with graphic and video editors (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or similar).

• Confident communication skills and good diction.

• Discipline, responsibility, willingness to learn.
