We are looking for a Recruiter colleague with experience in closing Marketing positions of various levels)

Main requirements:
- Must have experience in Arbitration, Media Buyer search
- Professional knowledge of methods of sourcing and promoting candidates in the media industry.
- Ability to effectively evaluate and select candidates that meet the requirements of the vacancy.
- Experience of the full cycle of work on the vacancy


Tasks:
Full cycle of recruitment:
• Withdrawal of the application
• Writing and posting vacancies
• Sourcing and communication with candidates, organizing interviews
• Conducting and participating in interviews with the manager
• Providing feedback, supporting candidates through the recruiting pipeline
• Building long-term relationships with candidates
• Performance reporting
