Duties: Searching, analyzing and selecting candidates for Amazon-related vacancies; Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates taking into account requirements of the candidate's portrait; Maintaining the candidate database and maintaining its relevance; Work with job sites and social networks for the search and recruitment of personnel; Compilation of vacancies for the search and selection of personnel, their further publication; Documentation and reporting. Requirements: Experience in recruiting from 1 year; Knowledge of recruitment processes; Ability to work with databases and candidate platforms; High organization, communication and ability to work in a team; Willingness to learn and develop in the chosen field.
