The company AmzProfessional, engaged in retail e-commerce business, purchasing goods from Chinese manufacturers, delivery to the USA and EU countries, to FBA Amazon warehouses with further resale of goods, is looking for a qualified Recruiter for its team on a remote basis. Tasks: Recruitment and selection of candidates for various vacancies in the company; Conducting interviews and evaluation of potential applicants; Maintaining the candidate database and maintaining its relevance; Working with job sites and social networks for the search and recruitment of personnel; Compiling vacancies for the search and selection of personnel, their further publication; reporting. Requirements: Experience in a similar position; Knowledge of the recruiting process and its stages; High level of communication and building relationships with candidates; Intermediate English skills (will be a plus); Fluency in PC, MSOffice, Google Docs; Ability to work with a large volume of information.
