Recruiter (Affiliate Marketing) remotely Your duties: • active participation in the legalization of vacancies from the request to the selection of a specialist for the project; • social work networks and specialized forums, telegram channels; • conducting interviews with candidates and assessing their competence in the required niche; • building strong working relationships with candidates, maintaining contact with potential candidates; • keeping a report on the analysis of work processes. Expectations from you: • from 1 year of experience as a Recruiter; • Know the field of marketing, ideally have experience in arbitrating vacancies • ability to work on objections of candidates; • building communication with candidates, maintaining contact with potential candidates; • use of various sources/tools for candidate search, including non-standard ones; • English is not lower than pre-intermediate. It will be a plus: • the ability to work with a high workload, from 5 job vacancies; • understanding of hunting techniques; • availability of a candidate base.
