We are looking for an ambitious person who will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting through the management of the hiring process of IT specialists. Requirements: 1+ year of experience in the IT field (as a recruiter); IT search knowledge and skills; Deep knowledge and understanding of IT roles, technologies and industry trends; Confident command of the phone and PC (online conference platforms); Professionalism and organization Responsibilities: Acceptance of application for candidate search Placement of vacancies on job search sources Active search of candidates Selection of candidates from actual vacancies; Conducting video interviews and evaluating candidates Providing feedback to candidates Communicating with managers in making the final decision on candidates; Hiring specialists and the full cycle of recruitment Building long-term relationships with candidates Working with CRM and task managers (Hurma, trello, slack) Additional execution of HRD assignments (management of the company's social networks, help in organizing events, etc.) You will be a plus: Certificates, courses , which confirm your skills Knowledge of the English language at the B1-B2 level Working conditions: Work in a team that can cope with any technical challenges No landing-level projects A young and friendly team that is ready to share its knowledge and chips.
