Global Mind Associated is a Ukrainian telecommunications company that, since 2014, has been presenting its own high-quality solutions and services in the field of telecommunications on the international market. Our main product is workshop software, which allows our customers to make their own business/work more efficient and profitable thanks to automation. We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team, who will help us quickly and efficiently replenish the team. Tasks: Search for candidates in various fields (technical and non-technical positions ).Use various available search sources and search for alternative ones.Select potential candidates, conduct telephone and online\offline interviews.Close 2-3 positions per month (mostly non-technical positions).Our Recruiter: Has experience in closing vacancies since the 1st year.Speaks English at a level Intermediate and above (applicants’ English level assessment). Possesses such soft skills as activity, flexibility and organization. Shows initiative and knows how to find different ways to solve problems. Able to make decisions and take responsibility. We offer: A workplace in a necessary office in Podol. Fri 9:00 a.m.—6:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m.—7:00 p.m. Partial remote (2-3 days a week) after the trial period (2 months). On-time salary tied to $. Rate (based on interview results) + job closing bonuses. Paid sick leave and 20 working days vacation days. Additional paid days off to resolve personal issues (5 days per year).
