Company websites: https://profinstrument.in.ua/ua/https://profbud-ua.com/Your tasks: Searching for candidates; Conducting telephone and personal interviews with candidates; Conducting analytics on their work and on the recruiting funnel; Entering the candidate database; Collecting references from former employers; Finding new channels for attracting talent and constantly working with them; Regular reporting to the management; Developing the adaptation process and supporting candidates during the adaptation period. Our ideal candidate must have: Experience as a recruiter from the 1st year; Successful experience in closing office and line vacancies; Knowledge of candidate evaluation methods; Knowledge and use of various channels and methods of searching for specialists (job sites, tg channels, social networks, LinkedIn, etc.); Understanding principles of building analytics on the recruiting funnel; Ability to work and learn at a fast pace; High level of time management.
