Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of selection and adaptation (resume screening/telephone interviews, interviews , sending a job-offer, adaptation of newcomers, reporting)
• Analyze the effectiveness of candidate attraction channels and look for new ones
• Conduct salary market research from various directions
• Form personnel reserve
• Participate in the development of staff engagement and motivation projects
• Actively participate in the development and building of the HR brand
• Involvement in other HR processes

Expectations from the candidate

• Experience as a recruiter from 2 years
• Experience in closing line and top positions
• Ability to work and learn at a fast pace
< li>Excellent communication and empathetic skills, proactivity
• A strong desire to develop in the recruiting niche with the prospect of working in other HR processes
• Ability to make decisions independently and take responsibility for them
