Recruiter in Hiring and Dealing

We are looking for a motivated, hard-working, team-oriented, honest, and intelligent person to join our H&D team. This position executes responsibilities in the full cycle of the recruitment process: sourcing, screening candidates for various positions technical and non-technical, interviewing, tracking/organizing data, and general Human Resources duties.Your day-to-day activities include:Conducting research, using different sources and strategies to gather dataAssisting the recruitment team with sourcing talents and building a candidate pipeline for one or more job requisitionsAnalyzing and interpreting dataContributing to standardization and procedural workflow in our team within your competence areaHelping in building a positive workplace climateRequirementsEnglish: Upper-intermediateIntelligence: ability to learn or understand or to deal with new tasks, ability to think abstractly and globallyAutonomy: the ability to work with minimal supervision, self-management and self-educationWe offerFlexible work schedule: if you have reliable internet, you can work from anywhere in the world and whenever you feel comfortable (full-time or at least 84 hours per month)Constant challenges and learning opportunities depend on your proactivityStability: you will be paid by worked hours and retention bonuses are not tied directly to the closed positionFounders are qualified recruiters with extensive experience in recruitmentIndividual approach to each team memberAbility to work directly with the clientWe use time-tracking software.If this sounds like your kind of thing – we want to talk to you!
