Responsibilities: conducting a search, selecting candidates for vacancies in various divisions of the company; conducting interviews with candidates and assessing their compliance with job requirements; maintaining a database of potential candidates and maintaining its relevance. Requirements: work experience of 2 years in a similar position; higher education; confident user of MS Office, 1C 8.3 (BAS); knowledge of search channels, candidate assessment methods; attentiveness, communication, responsibility, result-oriented. Working conditions: work schedule: Mon-Thurs 08:30-17:30, Fri 08:30-16:30; official employment, full-time employment, vacation, sick leave; a trial period of 2 months; the possibility of professional development and training, financial growth; salary: rate from UAH 25,000 + bonuses for closing vacancies, the salary level is determined based on the results of the interview; place of work: Kyiv, Solomyansky district, the nearest metro station is Shulyavska.
