Requirements: Experience in the field of recruiting (preferred); Desire to develop in the field of recruiting; Communicability, focus on the result, ability to work with large volumes of information; Possession of the necessary skills, methods and tools for searching for qualified specialists, understanding of modern channel trends Responsibilities: Search and selection of candidates, conducting interviews; Coordination and organization of the recruitment process; Use of various channels of job search and promotion, in particular the use of social networks and professional platforms; Conducting regular monitoring of the labor market; Maintaining a candidate database; Participation in HR projects.
