A product IT company, part of one of the leading online travel agencies in Europe, which integrates reservation systems, business logic and payment gateways, is looking for a Junior Support Specialist to join its team! Requirements: 1 year of work experience in the field of recruiting; the ability to work with various sources of searching for candidates; the ability to provide quality feedback on the results; orientation to results, the ability to work in a controlled multitasking manner; communication skills; responsibility; proactivity. Responsibilities: searching for candidates for open vacancies in the company; conducting interviews (initial self-written interview); writing job vacancies , placing them in job resources; maintaining an up-to-date database of reserve and current candidates, as well as building long-term relationships with others; work with reporting; initial adaptation of candidates (new employees). participation in HR processes of the company.
