We are looking for a proactive candidate with experience who will be able to be independently responsible for the entire recruitment direction and in the future create and improve HR processes. What will you do: the entire cycle of personnel selection (from posting vacancies on various platforms, interviews to the employee's progress) work mainly with vacancies for SEO specialists of various levels and directions, as well as copywriters, developers and others, onboarding of new employees, constant interaction and support during the trial period, then generation of ideas for improving processes and their implementation. Our candidate: a specialist with 2 years of experience in recruiting, knows the ethics of communication, writes and speaks Ukrainian, has experience in finding candidates for IT (ideally if SEO specialists) is an active user google tables and documents (makes everything in them) easily understands new programs, can analyze the effectiveness of using one or another (ideally if he knows Hurma and recruiting programs) likes order in all files, people, affairs It is extremely important to want and be able to quickly delve into new areas for yourself: sometimes we are looking for very different specialists (in March - marketer and designer, in April - developer and product manager, for example). And you need to independently develop the criteria for evaluating candidates and delve into the niche.
