Our wishes to the candidate: 1 year of experience in the field of recruiting. The ability to work with various sources of candidate search. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with candidates. Task: Closing administrative and execution of vacancies; Communication with customers; Creation of job descriptions; Selection of recruitment scenarios; Selection of the best search sources for placing information; Conducting interviews with candidates; Evaluation and presentation of candidates to the customer.
