Requirements:• Experience in recruiting in the field of retail, production, PR, marketing, in the restaurant or beauty field.• Experience in the positions of personal assistant to the manager or in call centers.• Competent oral and written communication (Ukrainian, Russian languages).• Skills of working with various channels of searching for candidates.• Must have experience in closing vacancies for sales, office, and technical personnel. Desired experience in closing positions of top management, as well as domestic staff. • Ability to plan your working day and work for results. • Ability to work from the office (remote work format is not provided). for job search.• Closing company vacancies according to staff schedule.• Conducting phone interviews of candidates, organizing interviews with heads of relevant departments. Assessment of skills and competencies of candidates. • Onboarding, adaptation of new employees. • Monitoring of the labor market, management of the personnel reserve. • Interaction with employees of other departments for more productive resolution of issues. • Reporting to the management on the results of the work performed.
